Effective date: August 10, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zosha application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Zosha ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Zosha is an educational platform that teaches professionals how to use AI tools effectively for their work. The Service includes short learning rounds, practice exercises using AI, My Playbook, progress tracking, and related features available through our mobile application and website.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Zosha is designed for working professionals and is not intended for use by children.
The Zosha learning path is free. Any account may work through the whole path and every round in it, replays and scheduled reviews, the Playbook, Momentum, certificates, the daily Pulse, the weekly briefing, chat with Zosha and free-form practice at no cost, with no payment card, no round limit and no message limit.
A free account has daily or weekly caps on the features that call an AI model each time they run: 10 generated practice rounds per day, 30 in-round practice checks per day, and 1 live career or AI news search per rolling 7 days. Searches run during onboarding are always free. Free chat is unlimited and answers from the model's training data rather than a live web search.
Zosha Pro is an optional paid subscription. It does not unlock lessons. It removes those caps and adds direct file analysis plus the Workbench:
A 7-day free trial of Pro begins when an eligible user starts a subscription at checkout. After the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown at checkout ($3.99/week or $99.99/year) unless canceled before the trial ends. A limited number of pre-existing accounts retain grandfathered access.
iOS subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
Web subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Zosha website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
The Service includes practice sessions and chat where you interact with AI. During these sessions:

Prompts you write during practice sessions remain yours. AI-generated responses provided during practice sessions are provided for your educational use and may be used in your professional work, but we make no guarantees about their accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
